The new TANACOM 300 encapsulates all Daiwa technology in a compact-designed electric reel weighing only 540 g. Designed to offer maximum comfort during fishing with the reel in hand, it is ideal for a wide range of techniques and prey: from bottom fishing for pagelli, sea bream, and small amberjack to cephalopods and medium-depth techniques. The heart of the TANACOM 300 is the powerful BRITZ Motor, developed to ensure quick, smooth retrieval even under heavy loads. The MAGMIGHT structure and the Front Motor (FF Structure) layout optimize internal space, improve motor cooling, and allow high performance while maintaining extremely compact dimensions. The exclusive JOG Power Lever, positioned at the center of the reel body, allows control of retrieval and drag with just the thumb of the hand holding the rod. This system makes operation more natural, leaving the other hand completely free and providing precise control of retrieval speed during each phase of the fishing action. To ensure maximum reliability during fighting, the TANACOM 300 is equipped with the proven UTD – Ultimate Tournament Drag, a progressive and powerful clutch that guarantees smooth force delivery, eliminating initial jerks and maintaining constant control even with fighting fish. The practical Fall Brake Dial allows instant adjustment of the lure's descent speed simply by turning a knob with the thumb. This feature improves control during the drop, reduces the risk of tangles, and allows for more precise detection of bites during lure descent. The large dot matrix LCD display guarantees excellent readability in any lighting condition and offers an intuitive interface to manage all main reel functions, including line settings, depth, retrieval modes, and numerous customizations.
