This revolutionary 8-strand braid (7 Dyneema fibers and 1 Gore fiber) combines the performance of GORE fiber with the mastery of SUFIX's braided strand technology. This precision construction results in a perfectly round and uniform braid, enhancing resistance both in linear tension and at the knot. GORE fibers are made of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE). PTFE is an inert material, resistant to saltwater, all chemicals, and UV rays. GORE has a very low coefficient of friction, providing this braid with superior abrasion resistance, reduced noise and vibrations, and naturally, improved casting performance. Suitable for all casting techniques in both saltwater and freshwater.
