NRX+ 822s DSR 6'10" Mag-Medium Extra Fast 1PCS - 8-14LB - 1/8-3/8
A legendary reinterpretation of an iconic action series, the G. Loomis NRX+ DROPSHOT draws from over forty years of technology, innovation, and design to meet the performance demands of today’s bass fishing enthusiast.
Dropshotting is one of the most effective techniques when pressured fish feeding on the bottom require anglers to present baits with a "finesse" approach. The NRX+ DROPSHOT features the ideal action to offer baits vertically or to cast and drag baits from the boat. A carefully tuned combination of taper and balance allows the angler to hook and fight fish with a medium-light action that acts as a shock absorber to ensure that a hooked fish stays hooked. To achieve this, we use only the most advanced technologies, construction processes, and components to design a rod that delivers anglers best-in-class performance. Our American-made blanks are laminated with Spiral X technology to provide ultra-fast recovery for longer casting distance, increased sensitivity, and drastically reduced weight. CI4+ reel seats maximize the angler’s connection to the blank for unbeatable bite transmission and all-day comfort. Equipped with a hybrid guide train, the NRX+ enables anglers to make long, precise casts for greater effectiveness on the water. Radically redefined, the NRX+ DROPSHOT is the culmination of our obsessive drive to provide bass anglers with the most advanced fishing tools on the planet.
