"For those who choose to challenge the elusive and the enormous, you need gear you can rely on. In carp fishing, this means a big pit style reel made from durable and lightweight materials, with smooth, long casting and powerful performance designed to give you the upper hand. Here is the PENN Vantage... With this reel, PENN has gone all out to create a reliable companion for carp fishing, using an incredibly stiff yet lightweight XRC carbon body, a durable main gear made from premium metals for long-lasting use, and a quick drag system that allows fast adjustment in the heat of battle. It is the perfect package for the demanding carp angler, whether you choose the 7000 or 8000 size. One of the main advantages is how easily this reel allows huge, long-distance casts with precision. Thanks to the innovative Slow Leveline technology, the reel can achieve up to 50 line wraps per single oscillation of the spool, resulting in fast retrieves and flawless line lay, allowing the line to fly freely off the spool during the cast. Fighting fish becomes a pleasure with the Vantage thanks to 7+1 sealed ball bearings and a sealed drag that keeps out water and dirt, offering full control over the fight. The reel comes with two separate line reducers that can be attached to the spool to help you use less line than necessary. Designed to ensure reliable and impeccable performance, trip after trip, the Vantage is made for those who rely only on the best for carp fishing."
