Many anglers feel intimidated by more complicated rigs like the Hinge Rig, so we created a pre-tied version using the same materials that the best Korda team anglers select to prepare their own rigs. The Hinge Rig is perfect for fishing with pop-ups so that they sit slightly raised off the bottom (compared to Spinner Rigs). Choosing this model ensures it won't tangle and, if the bottom is clean, its effectiveness is guaranteed by the rigid boom section that keeps it away from the lead and allows it to reposition correctly if taken and then dropped by a carp. It consists of the Mouth Trap, a perfectly curved Choddy hook that maximizes hooking potential, and an IQ Fluorocarbon boom that camouflages with the bottom. The Hinge Rig is available with or without a barb and in the following combinations: size 4 with 25 lb, and sizes 6 and 8 with 20 lb. Each pack contains one rig.
