Traditional pear-shaped weights are a very versatile option, but this flat version offers many other advantages. The weight is concentrated on the lower part of the lead, while the flat sides allow for better casting on spots where the bottom is uneven, such as the shores of a small island, sloping banks, or the sides of gravel beds and elevated areas. Suitable for use on lakes and rivers. Available in the following sizes: 1.1 oz/43 g, 1.5 oz/56 g, 2 oz/70 g, 2.5 oz/84 g, 3 oz/99 g, 3.5 oz/112 g, 4 oz/128 g, and 5 oz/140 g.
