This needle is perfect for forming doubled loops with materials such as Korda's leadcore Kable or DuraKord leader, making them easy to attach and detach from the main line without having to cut them shorter each time. The splicing needle features a latch that closes firmly enough to hold one end steady while the other is passed through the braid to create a knot without the needle getting caught in the fibers of the material you are using. Besides splicing, this 7 cm long needle is also useful for threading baits onto PVA stringers. It is equipped with a high-visibility orange handle to prevent loss and boasts an ergonomic design to ensure easy use even when hands are cold or wet.
