The safest “bead” for releasing Chod and Helicopter rigs on Leadcore or lead-free Leader setups allows rigs to be secured for longer casts but slides freely in case of line breakage, preventing the carp from dragging part of the rig and avoiding material loss in the environment.

Thread through the loop using a needle with a lock for optimal grip. Under controlled pressure, the bead slides to the central stop, allowing the terminal to safely pass through the leader or leadcore.

Impregnated with tungsten and extra dense, the Leadcore Helicopter Beads add weight to the leader for better concealment, especially during slow sinking.

The Leadcore Helicopter Top Beads can be reused by threading them onto Splicing Needles (T8805) and remounting them on a new rig.
