This ingenious system has revolutionized the way of fishing with helicopter rigs, allowing the lead to be lost in case of a bite or when necessary. In addition to releasing the lead in the presence of algae or other obstacles, it is widely used in combination with the chod rig to lose the lead and increase the chances of making a catch, especially at a distance when heavier leads are used. There is also the option to attach a plastic collar (included) that holds the lead firmly and can be used to get the most out of the versatility of the Heli-Safe System without necessarily losing the lead. Thanks to the Heli-Safe Bead, it can be used in combination with the Dark Matter or Kable Leadcore leader range or with a "naked" rig by connecting it directly to the line. The Heli-Safe System works perfectly with our Leadcore Chod Safety and Naked Chod Safety systems. Each package contains two Heli-Safe Beads in green or brown colors and all the accessories needed to assemble this system, including instructions.
