This hook has been specifically designed for float fishing, showing great hooking potential while being as discreet as possible when targeting wary carp. The Mixa features a very short shank and a wide gape, and can be used both with baits, such as cork balls, hooked directly on the back of the shank, or with a hair rig. It remains a strong hook and has been used to land some very large carp, with a razor-sharp beak point. It is available both barbed and barbless, in sizes 6, 8, 10, or 12, with ten hooks per pack.
