SMWG Bait Bands 4" 14 (0.17mm)
SMWG Bait Band Ready Rigs
The SMWG Bait Band Ready Rigs are the perfect terminal choice for Method Feeder, Hybrid Feeder, and Pellet Feeder fishing in commercial lakes. These rigs work perfectly with hair-rigged baits such as hard pellets, wafters, pop-ups, and even baits like maggots.
The rig features a Micro Bait Band (micro elastic bait band) of optimal size positioned at the end of the hair rig. This elastic is designed to be placed around the chosen bait. On the hook shank, there is also a small piece of 0.3 mm micro silicone that keeps the bait in the correct position and ensures the rig functions perfectly.
If you have difficulty mounting the bait on the elastic by hand, we recommend using pellet pliers, which make the operation simple and quick.
The SMWG Bait Band Ready Rigs represent an ideal solution for fishing in commercial lakes, suitable for a wide variety of fish species and fishing situations.
This version uses the popular SMWG hook, coated in PTFE, which guarantees an extremely sharp point and greater durability over time.
They are available in lengths of 4 inches (about 10 cm) and 15 inches (about 38 cm) to cover a wide range of fishing situations and bait types.
- The 4" rigs come pre-tied and mounted on practical Guru rig boards.
- The 15" versions are supplied on easy-to-use terminal spools, compatible with Guru Rig Boxes, for better organization and efficiency.
In hook sizes 10, 12, and 14, improved wire diameter options have been introduced, offering an even wider choice for these larger sizes (see the size chart for details on diameters and available options).
All our ready rigs are made with the proven N-Gauge wire, appreciated for years by amateur anglers, competitors, and specialists in coarse fishing.
