QM1 Speed Stop 4" 12 (0.22mm)
Guru 4" QM1 Speed Stop Rigs - Terminal Rigs
The Guru Speed Stop Ready Rig features an optimal hair length, specifically developed to perfectly present the most popular hook baits. The hair's end is finished with a Speed Stop, which keeps the bait secured on the hair. Additionally, a small 0.3 mm micro silicone piece is placed on the hook bend, which holds the bait in position and ensures the rig functions perfectly.
QM1 Speed Stop Ready Rigs are the ultimate choice among terminal rigs for commercial fishing, perfect for a wide variety of species and fishing situations. Ideal for all sliding rig techniques such as feeder and bomb fishing, and also suitable for some fixed rod fishing scenarios. This rig works perfectly when targeting larger species like carp, F1, bream, tench, etc.
Using the Speed Stop is quick and simple. Just insert a Speed Stop needle into the thicker end of the Speed Stop, then push the thinner end of the Stop through the hook bait, ensuring the Stop passes completely through the bait and rests flat against it. Then simply remove the needle and the bait will be perfectly rigged and ready to use.
The QM1 hook features a unique strongly in-turned shape, a short shank, and an incredibly sharp beak point, ensuring an extremely secure hook hold and reducing the number of lost fish. All QM1 hooks are coated with PTFE, which greatly improves durability, sharpness, and longevity of the hooks.
Our Guru QM1 Speed Stop Ready Rigs are available in lengths of 4” and 15”, covering a wide range of different fishing situations and hook bait options. The 4” Ready Rigs come pre-tied on our reliable rig boards. The 15” SMWG Ready Rigs come pre-tied on our handy terminal rig winders, which fit perfectly into the Guru Rig Box, enhancing organization and efficiency.
In sizes 10, 12, and 14, we have improved the diameter options to offer even more choice in these larger sizes (see the size chart below for options and diameters). All our Ready Rigs are tied with our proven N-Gauge thread, which has been a favorite among recreational anglers, white fish anglers, and competitors for many years.
