The Greys GR40 9' #5 is a versatile, lightweight fly fishing rod that is enjoyable to use, ideal for those seeking precision, control, and quick response during casting.
The high-modulus intermediate carbon blank has been designed to develop good tip speed with minimal effort, making casts smooth and accurate even at medium to long distances. The Medium/Fast action ensures an excellent balance between sensitivity and power, suitable for both dry fly fishing and the use of nymphs and small streamers.
The AAA cork handle provides a comfortable and natural grip, while the anodized aluminum reel seat, resistant to saltwater, with a double locking system, ensures stability and reliability during use. The 4-piece configuration also makes the rod easy to transport and store.
With its 9-foot length and #5 line weight, the GR40 is an extremely versatile choice for fly fishing in streams, rivers, and lakes, capable of offering good line control and precise casts without overly tiring the angler.
