The Egi OH TR by Yamashita is a squid jig designed for the Tip Run technique, a cephalopod fishing method practiced vertically from a boat, very popular in Japan and increasingly used in the Mediterranean.
Thanks to the weight concentrated in the head (30 g), the lure ensures a fast and stable descent, ideal for effective work on deep seabeds. The rear stabilizing fin further improves balance and movement during fishing action, making it perfect for the typical Tip Run animations, similar to jigging.
Like all squid jigs in the LIVE series, it features the Warm Jacket coating, a special “warm” fabric that simulates the temperature of natural prey, increasing the cephalopod's hold time and improving catch chances.
Available in various natural and high-visibility colors, all enhanced with GLOW inserts to increase attractiveness even during night fishing.
