The Favorite Shooter Offshore Bluefin was born from the collaboration between Favorite and Diego Bedetti of Team Favorite Italy, aiming to offer a high-performance rod for bluefin tuna fishing in the Mediterranean.
The blank is made of Toray Skyflex 40T carbon, designed to ensure a fast action and high sensitivity. The exclusive MLS (Multi Layer Structure) technology guarantees a reactive and balanced structure, while the FX GRID cross-spiral reinforcement in the most stressed points increases strength and reliability during the most intense fights.
The components are top quality: the rod is equipped with 6+1 SeaGuide Hero HI-Grade guides with stainless steel SS316 Marine Grade frames and Zirconia inserts, for optimal braided line smoothness and perfect heat dissipation. The new generation Anti Tangle structure minimizes the risk of tangles, while the reinforced SeaGuide tip is designed to withstand accidental impacts.
The Fuji reel seat with double safety ring is positioned to optimize both casting and control during the fight. The handle is designed to offer maximum comfort: the high-density EVA foregrip ensures a secure hold, while the ergonomic rear grip improves rod handling during casting.
The high-resistance rubber butt is equipped with a crosspiece, ideal for use with a fighting belt in the most demanding situations.
