"Special Edition" Sure Pro Purple is a multidisciplinary mainline with exceptional performance that perfectly suits almost all carp fishing, big game, and sea fishing situations. The base copolymer used for this monofilament is a proven blend that has shown incredible toughness, meaning it withstands use and abuse. The Special Edition Sure Pro offers fantastic knot strength while maintaining a smooth finish and a soft feel, essentially making it an excellent casting line. It is also a line that sinks well, a performance aspect that improves with use (like many copolymers) as it becomes more porous with slight use. The translucent purple blends surprisingly well with all types of aquatic environments due to water absorbing the red end of the spectrum first. This means the line quickly loses the intense/vibrant visibility it has above the waterline and readily transforms into a natural "non-descriptive" shade, even in relatively shallow clear waters. This effect makes it useful for fishing from high swims or for anglers in fishing spots where it may be necessary to weave a boat between lines during a session. "Special Edition Sure Pro" is available for purchase in a wide variety of breaking strains and diameters: 0.28 mm - 10 lb - 1540 m 0.30 mm - 12 lb - 1320 m 0.35 mm - 15 lb - 1030 m 0.38 mm - 18 lb -
