Reel SUSTAIN 2500HG FK

The new Sustain FK is part of the Magnumlite series and takes lightweight performance to a whole new level. It combines unmatched sensitivity with a feeling of lightness and the strength needed to tackle even the toughest situations. Its sleek and refined design is nothing short of extraordinary.
When it comes to reels that demand attention, the Sustain FK ranks among the best. Its satin black body with chrome accents is visually striking, but the real magic lies in its performance. The moment you hold it, you are amazed by its remarkable lightness, offering an effortless experience with every cast. The rotation is so smooth it seems almost effortless and requires only minimal pressure to start the rotor.
The compact size of the Sustain FK is tailored for medium-weight setups, providing the perfect balance of sensitivity and control. Meanwhile, the larger 4000 and 5000 sizes offer the power needed to handle the toughest freshwater and saltwater species. Whether casting with precision or facing challenging conditions, the Sustain FK is the lightweight reel par excellence, capable of mastering any situation. The Sustain is the reel where cutting-edge innovation meets outstanding performance. At the heart of its feather-light rotation is the revolutionary Magnumlite (MGL) rotor. Made with Shimano's advanced Ci4+ material, this ultra-light and perfectly balanced rotor delivers lightning-fast starts, effective hook sets, and high sensitivity that keeps you fully in tune with every movement beneath the surface.
Beneath the robust and lightweight aluminum body lies an extraordinary line of engineering excellence. The powerful synergy of HAGANE Gear, MicroModule II, X-SHIP, Infinityxross, and Infinitydrive ensures exceptional smoothness and winding efficiency, turning every retrieve into a satisfying and seamless experience. The Silent Drive offers quiet performance, and when the fight is on, the Duracross Drag system steps up, giving you the strength, control, and confidence to dominate even the toughest fish. Saltwater-ready and equipped with Shimano's advanced X-Protect technology, the Sustain not only resists the elements but thrives in them.
And for those long casts that make the difference? The ultra-slow oscillation Infinityloop and AR-C Spool technology work together to cast your lure farther, with precision and power, and when the lure lands, any line slack is minimized by the inclusion of the Anti-Twist Fin.
