The TX-5 fits perfectly into the appreciated Tribal Specimen rod range. One of the most beautiful carp rods available, it features the latest technologies and offers an extraordinary balance between finesse and performance.
If the look of your rods is as important to you as their performance, you will not be disappointed by the TX-5: they look sensational and will be envied by others. And the performance is simply outstanding.
Remarkably light and slim, the powerful casting performance of the Intensity models will open a new area for your long-distance fishing, while the finesse of the tip action on all models inspires anglers’ confidence to fully enjoy the fighting experience.

The heart of the TX-5 consists of a thin Nanosheet carbon blank, reinforced with a 3K weave and also containing Biofibre for greater strength. The addition of ultra-light PacBay Minima guides improves the action and tip recovery speed during casting, ensuring maximum distance. And if that’s not enough, a custom 3K reel seat plate and a 3K polymer Winn Grip complete the rod. What more could you ask for?
The range includes six models covering all fishing needs. Two 10' models are designed for fishing in small waters or from a boat and are available with 3.00lb or Intensity action. This is the first Intensity action we have made in a 10' length and, although short, it can cast a 4 oz lead over 200 meters! There are three 12' models, including the Intensity model, but for maximum long-distance casting choose the 13' Intensity model and reach distances you have only dreamed of until now.
As a combination of aesthetics and performance, the TX-5 reaches new levels and has a quality feel often missing in mid-price rods.
