The Tribal TX Ultra is an extraordinary example of advanced engineering in rod manufacturing. Its unmatched casting performance, achieved through the combination of three exclusive Shimano technologies, combined with excellent fish-fighting characteristics, make this range the ideal choice for anglers seeking maximum casting distance without compromise.
If you are looking for the ultimate long-distance fishing rod, you will find nothing better than the TX Ultra. This is the rod that will allow you to reach distances once thought impossible, with precision that maximizes your technique. The futuristic design, with elegant graphics, makes it unique and an investment you will never regret. For maximum distance or heavy leads, the Intensity versions offer record-breaking performance, while the 3.00lb and 3.25lb versions are better suited for medium distances or smaller environments. Whatever your choice, you can be sure there is nothing better.

The record casting performance of the TX Ultra is generated by the use of three exclusive SHIMANO carbon technologies: Spiral X Core for torsional stiffness, Hi-Power X for blank twist reduction, and a futuristic Carbon Monocoque handle for faster power transfer and better feel during fishing. These technologies also reduce the overall weight of the rod, making it the lightest in the TX range, which results in increased tip speed when using maximum casting force and greater "sensitivity" when fighting fish, especially at close range.
Cast distances exceeding 220 yards have been achieved using the 13' INT model with a 4.5 oz (128 g) lead, and not only is the TX Ultra more durable, but it is also incredibly precise and remarkably forgiving when fighting fish, especially in the 3.0 lb and 3.25 lb models.
All models feature high-quality Kigan 3D guides (50mm butt/16mm anti-tangle tip) and a custom-designed exclusive CI4+ reel seat that fully locks the reel to the Carbon Monocoque handle to ensure maximum stability under pressure.
