REVO STX - RVO3STX-HS-L
The Abu Garcia Revo STX generation 3 reels feature a new compact design and a combination of advanced materials, making them your number one choice for a baitcasting reel. They have a significant weight reduction of over 2.5 ounces compared to previous Revo STX reels. The weight reduction and new EVA knobs allow anglers to fish longer throughout the day with less fatigue. The updated frame offers enhanced corrosion protection, and the side plates reduce weight for a lighter feel. These generation 3 Revo STX reels also feature a combination of magnetic and centrifugal brakes. The centrifugal brake controls the first half of the cast when the spool rotation is at maximum speed. As the spool slows down, the magnetic brake acts on the spool to keep it under control during the second half of the cast. These reels are both durable and provide a lightweight alternative to heavier baitcasting reels.
