The blank of the new BASIAIR rods has been completely redesigned, with a reduced diameter and the use of entirely new materials in its construction. The mandrel profile is the thinnest ever produced in the United Kingdom.

The new generation X45X Full Shield, combined with HVF nanoplus carbon, controls torsion from the handle to the tip and returns high levels of energy during casting, also offering exceptional recovery.

This combination of advantages significantly increases distance while maintaining accuracy.

In addition to casting power and precision, the BASIAIR also stands out for its fishing capabilities. The balance between casting supremacy and the sensitivity typical of modern rod design is evident.

Only the highest quality components have been selected to ensure maximum performance. This is the first time Daiwa has used an ALPS Air Pad reel seat on carp fishing rods.

This ALPS is "skeletal," lightweight, and soft to the touch, offering an exceptional grip.

The American Tackle Ti Forged 'Stainless Air' guides, extremely lightweight, thanks to their angle and frame shape, drastically reduce the risk of line bounce and tangles.

The micro-pitch finish, combined with a matte paint, gives the rods a refined appearance.

The thin Japanese shrink handle and anodized aluminum end cap complete the elegant and discreet look of the BASIAIR.
