Advantages of the R18 Evolution Tip
Removal of all sliding rings! The introduction of a jointed tip allows the use of only fixed rings, completely eliminating the sliding ones. This brings significant advantages during use, removing critical points caused by the sliding ring support tubes.
Weight optimization
The absence of sliding rings reduces the overall weight; part of the saved weight is used to add an extra ring in the thin section of the rod, the one subject to the greatest deformation, improving load distribution during the fight.
Reduction of structural criticalities on the tip and second piece
The use of a long jointed tip and a shorter second piece allows for a smooth and continuous curve under load, significantly reducing the risk of breakage.
