To celebrate this important milestone, Daiwa presents two limited edition models of the TDR-QD AB: the 3012 and the 4012, both with a single handle. The All Black versions incorporate all the advanced technology of the current “Blue” models, standing out for their elegant style and uncompromising performance. Made with AIRDRIVE design (rotor, newly designed bail arm) and a sturdy aluminum body, they ensure perfect mechanical alignment even under load. The combination with the Digigear II system and 8 ball bearings (including 1 CRBB anti-corrosion) guarantees extremely smooth rotation and consistently precise power transmission. Innovative in Daiwa's range of match and feeder reels, the handle is directly connected to the transmission mechanism, optimizing every phase of retrieval. Power and responsiveness are enhanced by the AIRDRIVE rotor and AIRDRIVE bail arm: the spherical shape of the rotor optimally distributes the load, while the Zaion V material, lightweight and rigid, allows immediate start-up and unparalleled sensitivity. The package is completed by exclusive Daiwa technologies such as the HIP line clip, the quick QD drag, and a high-end spare spool, to best tackle both float and feeder fishing.
