ST. CROIX AVID AVC70MF
St Croix Avid Series Casting rod, featuring new innovative rod technology, premium components, and an attractive design, the 2023 St. Croix spinning rods from the Avid Series Casting offer a wide range of lengths, powers, and actions to dominate coastal areas from shore to shore. At the core of this rod, St. Croix used an improved material for the SCIII+ blank structure, a composition developed through the combination of high modulus SCIII carbon and super-high modulus SCVI exotic carbon. Exclusive percentages, placements, and combinations of both materials were combined to create this new SCIII+ structure, resulting in a lighter, more sensitive rod with improved balance and greater durability. The new agglomerated cork handles not only look appealing but also offer a denser shape and easier maintenance compared to standard cork, all without appreciably increasing weight. Any impacts, scratches, and marks from use, such as entering and exiting rod holders and general wear, are mitigated, keeping the rod comfortable in hand as well as aesthetically pleasing. Stainless steel guide frames with alconite rings ensure great durability even in adverse conditions, while providing excellent casting performance. Whether you are targeting your favorite fishing spot for bass, trout, walleye, perch, and more, the St Croix Avid Series Casting rod offers a wide range of models to meet your needs!
