The long-awaited Boatman Vulcan sonar has arrived. This boat was designed in the United Kingdom by the Boatman UK team. It is the first Boatman bait boat model with the ability to load equipment from above, making transportation incredibly simple. The Boatman Vulcan features two steel drainage chambers that can be opened individually or together; the closure is manual. The boat comes with a fully waterproof remote control. In this boat model, we chose a voltmeter instead of a diode battery charge level indicator. The boat has 3 speeds. The boats are available in 3 colors: Carbon, Black, or Vulcan Camouflage and sold in base, GPS, Sonar, and Pro versions. The remote control is operated with one hand, has large, backlit, easy-to-read buttons, and a screen that shows the battery percentage and the remote control charge level. One of the features introduced in the remote control is 100% waterproofing. The pilot floats on water, so if it falls into the water, nothing will happen. The boats are powered by two 10 Ah batteries that are simply inserted on each side without needing to connect plugs, greatly improving the convenience of their replacement. The boat's autonomy ranges from 2 to 5 hours, depending on the selected speed, which can be chosen via the remote control. The low speed is ideal for surveying the bottom and, for example, towing a Deeper to find a spot to set up your equipment. Medium speed is optimal for transporting the set. The highest speed is best suited for bringing the boat back to shore. The boat comes with an additional tightening handle to use when filling the chambers from above, avoiding putting hands inside the boat. The motors have integrated covers that protect against the risk of entanglement with vegetation or fishing line. The motors are incredibly quiet, practically silent. The boat has a load capacity of up to 2.5 kg. Like all our models, the boats have a range of up to 500 meters and an integrated compass that keeps the boat on a straight course in automatic mode. Like all our models, it can be expanded with GPS. The lights are very powerful, which will help during night retrievals.
