XLV is the answer when you are looking for a modern narrow-shaped reel with an adequate disc brake package. It is truly a large arbor design with an EVA handle that gives you a solid grip even in wet conditions. XLV reels are tested by countless anglers in trout, salmon, and practically all types of freshwater fishing. A family, multiple designs. The XLV family has several models: all 3-4 and 5-6 reels and the original 7-8 color have a V shape in the frame. The special 7-8 black color has the Vision heraldic shape. The Nymph & Stillmaniac models cover the needs of nymph and stillwater fishing with customized designs and features. All moving parts are lubricated with SKF waterproof bearing grease. XLV reels operate with integrated counterbalance. The popular 5-6 and 7-8 sizes are available in the original XLV color and in a cool black color.
