Reel Tranx A-301 HG Left Hand
TRX301HGA · 022255208253
255,00 €
Available
The Tranx is a powerful baitcasting reel designed with one purpose: to deliver power, and plenty of it. For specialists using large lures to fish for big freshwater and saltwater predators, the Tranx is unmatched with its impressive winding torque and strong multidisc drag.
The Tranx is a reel specifically made for big predators, and if that's what you're after, you'll enjoy using it. You'll never feel underpowered when using the largest crankbaits, oversized swimbaits, or any other big lure! The Tranx is compact enough, and the 300A and 400A dual-handle models retrieve 75 cm of line per crank. For higher speed, the HGA version has a single (power) handle and retrieves 100 cm per turn. Whatever your choice, when you need a reel that shows its muscle, you can count on the Tranx.
Weighing over 300 g, the Tranx is not a lightweight reel, nor does it claim to be. It's a beast. The HAGANE aluminum body is ultra-durable, as is the X-SHIP technology inside the gearing. Hook a big fish and take immediate control. With at least 8 kg max drag provided by the multidisc clutch, there will be only one winner. The Tranx uses Shimano's reliable VBS braking system for casting and, combined with an S3D aluminum spool, large lures fly through the air with ease. And for anglers wanting to use it for saltwater fishing, fear not, this reel features Coreprotect for long-lasting durability.
