The SLX XT is an updated version of the popular SLX. Built on the same Hagane body and with the same high-quality gears, the 'XT' version uses the advanced SVS Infinity braking system adjustment, making it more suitable for lighter lures.
The SLX XT is a slightly more refined version of the original SLX and offers greater versatility when it comes to casting lighter lures, while still maintaining the strength and power of its bigger brother. If you already use an SLX, you will certainly appreciate the wider range of adjustments and the convenience offered by the SVS Infinity system. Controlled by an external knob, it provides an almost infinite braking adjustment at your fingertips, allowing you to truly fine-tune your casting performance, especially with lighter lures where only minimal brake pressure is required.
Like all SLX models, the 'XT' uses a high-end lightweight aluminum HAGANE body, which is remarkable for a reel in this price range.
