DECOY WORM 23 BODY HOOK SIZE 6
The Decoy Worm 23 Body Hook was created to address the most common challenges in finesse fishing, offering high performance in Wacky rigging and light presentations. In classic finesse setups, it often happens that the hook slips out of the soft bait, quickly damages the silicone, or is swallowed too easily by the fish, causing deep and difficult-to-manage hooksets. At the same time, a quick and secure hookset is essential to avoid losing the day's most important catch.
To develop the Worm 23 Body Hook, Decoy worked extensively on every detail, creating a hook specifically designed for bass fishing finesse. Before commercialization, the product was intensively tested in the heavily pressured waters of the Kanto basin in Japan, also using small straight worms as short as 1 inch.
The hook's strength lies in its special "lock zone," the shank section dedicated to bait attachment. In this area, the hook's structure features a square section that perfectly holds the soft bait without damaging it, improving the stability and durability of the rig. The entire curvature is designed to best accommodate the soft plastic, while the long sharp point ensures quick and effective penetration into the bass's mouth.
A more immediate and secure hookset also allows anticipating the bite, reducing the risk of the fish swallowing the bait deeply. Ideal for all finesse and light spinning techniques, the Decoy Worm 23 Body Hook represents a high-level technical choice for the most demanding anglers.
