The ultimate goal of the new IMX-PRO series is to provide the tournament-experienced angler with a wide range of rods specifically designed for high performance. Designed to achieve maximum comfort with slightly tapered rear grips to give you that split grip feeling with maximum comfort. The guides are Fuji anti-tangle. The new IMX Pro rods are a significant step above, not only E6X, but all previous generations of IMX! With improvements in manufacturing processes and materials, our commitment has been and will always be to build the best rod we can produce, given the level of performance we want to achieve. This new IMX-PRO series is a great example. It is a blend of innovative design and hi-tech materials that allowed us to create a blank that reacts quickly, loads efficiently, and provides more sensitivity than any other IMX we have ever produced. It all starts with a completely new, high modulus, high-performance material that creates rods of equal power and strength with less material, achieving an 18% weight saving compared to similar E6X models. Achieving this without sacrificing strength or power is a huge advantage for the angler. With strategic placement of the fabric during construction, we can achieve more precise tapers that give the angler the right flex and power for specialized techniques such as minnow, soft plastic, and other bottom contact techniques. Precision, sensitivity, and positive control in lure casting come together in the new IMX-PRO series to offer the serious angler maximum enjoyment and an important competitive advantage! These rods are a step above anything we have ever done at the IMX performance level and are sure to make you a more successful angler.
