More and more people are discovering that it is possible to fish for catfish using pellets from the shore. Having a boat is not even necessary. This technique has many similarities with carp fishing, except for one thing: when a catfish bites, you almost never get a full run. Most of the time, the fish signals its presence with a movement of the rod tip. For this reason, pellet anglers have developed a strong preference for rods with sensitive tips. And this is exactly what this superb rod offers: casting power, strength in the fight, but with a very sensitive tip – ideal for pellet fishing. The fighting grip is covered with an X-wrap heat-shrink tube for better grip and easier cleaning.
