MADCAT was the first to introduce a catfish rod specifically designed for belly boat fishing and continues to lead the way with this new generation of White Belly Cat rods. Not only is it lighter and more sensitive than its predecessors, but it also has a greater power reserve to help you maintain control during the fight. These features make it perfect for belly boat fishing, as well as the extra-short handle and the special ring for the safety cord. The foregrip is coated with X-wrap heat shrink tubing to improve grip and facilitate cleaning, while the SeaGuide reel seat features a double locking nut system for the reel.
