A brand-new reel designed for medium-heavy spinning: The robust aluminum body houses a high-level mechanism. The rotor, bail arm, and spool are designed according to the revolutionary AIRDRIVE DESIGN concept, which minimizes rotational inertia, improving smooth operation. The newly designed rotor made of ZAION V is extremely lightweight yet even more robust than before, thanks to a more symmetrical and balanced design: combined with the new bail arm, it offers record smoothness and reduces the formation of tangles. The drag system is also completely new: the ATD Type-L is engineered to be even more progressive and smooth than the "standard" version. A perfect reel for spinning in saltwater, also thanks to saltwater protection (Magsealed), or for spinning targeting large predators in freshwater.
