The Exsence Silent Assassin 99 is one of the most technologically advanced sea bass lures produced by Shimano. Available in suspending and sinking versions, it features Flash Boost, Jet Boost, and Scale Boost, and exhibits the characteristic catching action of the Assassin family.
If you are looking for a specific artificial lure for sea bass, the Exsence Silent Assassin 99 is the right choice. This lure, available in suspending (SP) and sinking (S) versions, is 99 mm long and equipped with Jet Boost to enhance casting performance—perfect when fish hunt at a distance. Flash Boost increases attraction by reflecting light, even when stationary, and Scale Boost appeals to visual predatory instincts. Using a steady, regular retrieve, the Silent Assassin has a very tight rolling action, but it is possible to add an aggressive action with strong jerks. The suspending version is great for slower retrieves just below the surface, while the sinking version is the lure to use when fish are deeper in the water column.
