The introduction of a new concept of heads for visual indicators is always an exciting event at SOLAR. We have been designing this type of system for over 20 years and have accumulated unparalleled experience in this field. The new Lock & Load heads will be no less than their predecessors and are destined to become part of history. With the unmistakable SOLAR style and laser-engraved branding, the new Lock & Load heads are strictly made in the UK. Each head is supplied complete with 5 internal weights, each weighing 1 gram. The weights are housed inside the indicator head itself, in special slots; it is possible to add or remove these weights as needed to adjust the weight according to personal preferences or different fishing situations. Supplied with our historic plastic line clips and with a housing for isotopes on the side. Available in black and white PTFE versions. Understanding anglers' desire for customization, as well as retailers' need to have limited SKUs, the new Lock & Load heads feature interchangeable end caps on the top and bottom. The end caps, sold separately, in PTFE, stainless steel, black, red, green, Nite-Glo, and blue, allow changing the top cap, the bottom cap, or both to personalize each head. Compatible with all past and present SOLAR indicator accessories.
