Bream fishing in natural and commercial waters has become very popular both in the UK and Europe. For this reason, we have developed a product perfect for modern Bream fishing. Produced in a golden yellow color like traditional bream groundbaits, this groundbait attracts both large bream and skimmers because it creates a strong contrast with the color of most bottoms. The Bream Feeder is made with ground pellets, fishmeal, and corn derivatives, ground to provide large particles that, once soaked, remain on the bottom even when fish are feeding in the baited area. This helps keep the bream within the swim for a long time, creating competition among the larger specimens, which swim over the bait bed searching for the larger particles. Preparation Guide The Bream Feeder is easy to prepare. For most fishing situations, pour the 2 kg bag of groundbait into an appropriately sized bucket, add just under two pints of water (0.9L), and mix the compound. Wait 30 minutes to allow the particles to fully absorb the water used. For best results, pass the groundbait through a sieve to remove any lumps and give the mixture a homogeneous consistency. Additionally, this is an extremely versatile groundbait that can be prepared in different ways to best suit various situations. To obtain a light and soft mixture, ideal for short-distance cage feeder fishing, add a smaller amount of water—1.5 pints (0.7L). Conversely, to get a more compact mixture, use slightly more than 2 pints of water (1L) to mix a 2 kg bag, resulting in a perfect mix for use with a cage feeder in deep waters, a long-distance bullet feeder, a method feeder, or simply to create balls for use during a session with a roubasienne or English style fishing. To increase the attraction power, you can add Bream Feeder Liquid Flavor at the rate of one capful per pint of water. When fishing on hot or windy days, be careful to prevent the mixture from drying out; protect your groundbait with a bait cloth and occasionally check its consistency. If necessary, add a minimal amount of water to restore the moisture level to an optimal state.
